POSTERS AND DEMOS
The EuroVis Posters and Demos track will present late-breaking results, work in progress, follow-up extensions, application case studies, or evaluations of existing methods relevant to the field of visualization. In particular, it provides young researchers, especially postgraduate students, with valuable opportunities to receive feedback from other researchers and engage in stimulating discussions. Addition of the opportunity to present hardware or software demonstrations may also be of particular interest for practitioners.

SUBMISSIONS INSTRUCTIONS
We solicit poster and/or demo submissions in the form of an extended abstract of at most 2 pages in the EuroVis poster format, with an additional page allowed for references only.
The intended presentation form during the Posters and Demos conference session must be indicated during the submission process (printed poster and/or live demonstration). In case of a poster presentation, the draft of the actual poster (A0 format, portrait orientation) is mandatory to include with the submission. In case of a live demonstration, a supplementary video is mandatory. We strongly encourage the submission of further additional materials. For example, you can submit an additional PDF (without any page limit) that contains a number of example results, screenshots, an interaction sequence, etc.
Please note that the submissions will undergo a single-blind review process (see the detailed formatting instructions and author guidelines below).
Extended abstracts and supplementary materials are submitted using the Precision Conference System (PCS): https://new.precisionconference.com/eurovis25i
Please select Society: Eurographics, Conference/Journal: EuroVis 2025, Track: EuroVis 2025 Posters and Demos.
Any accepted Posters and Demos track submissions are required to have at least one (paid) registered author to attend and present the contribution at the conference in person.
The PDF version of the extended abstract as well as the supplementary materials will be included in the EG digital library with a DOI in open access. The material in the submission can later be reused by the original authors for a more extensive publication (e.g., a full paper) with more detailed content and mature results, without being considered self-plagiarism.
FORMATTING INSTRUCTIONS
To submit to EuroVis 2025 Posters and Demos, authors prepare their extended abstracts as a 2-page PDF file (+1 extra page for references only) using the conference LaTeX template. Contributions must be written and presented in English. Please use the "EGauthorGuidelines-eurovis25-poster" template from the following archive: https://www.eurovis2025.lu/fileadmin/files/egPublStyle-EuroVis_full-short-stars-posters-edu_2025.zip
On Overleaf, this template can be imported easily by selecting “New Project” -> “Upload Project” and uploading the zip file. Select “EGauthorGuidelines-eurovis25-poster.tex”as the main document of the project and use it for your submission.
Please make sure that images embedded in your extended abstract do not contain transparent pixels (i.e., an alpha channel of a transparent color) because this will lead to problems when the resulting PDF is displayed or printed.
Submissions should also include supplementary material such as the actual poster PDF, videos, or executable programs. The server will accept uploads of at most 200 MB, so multiple files of over 200 MB must be submitted separately. We encourage the use of digital videos to support poster submissions, particularly if part of, or all of the work covers interactive techniques (for demo papers, the video is mandatory). Please use only the most common video codecs (e.g., MP4 format using the H.264 codec) to maximize the chances that the reviewers can see it.
The final posters should be printed on paper no larger than paper size A0, portrait orientation (84.1cm x 118.9cm = 33.1in x 46.8in, cf. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size).
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
EuroVis 2025 Posters and Demos submissions will undergo a one-stage single-blind review process, with the reviews provided by the international program committee. All authors must be specified in the submission system at the time of the submission. Adding additional authors after the acceptance of a submission is not acceptable.
We expect that the submissions will clearly discuss the novel and significant contributions (including extensions of previous studies) or real-world applications while placing them in the context of prior art in the field of visualization.
As mentioned above, any accepted Posters and Demos track submissions are required to have at least one (paid) registered author to attend and present the contribution at the conference in person.
Concurrent, plagiarized, and AI-generated submissions will be desk-rejected.
Our conference will adhere to the following ethics guidelines for reviewers, which can be found on the Reviewer Guidelines page (https://www.eurovis2025.lu/for-reviewers).
