Early bird registration will run until Wednesday April 30, 2025.
Late registration will run from Thursday May 1 to Monday June 2, 2025.
All fees are in Euros VAT excl. 3%. The VAT will be added at the last step of the registration process.

Note: Each accepted contribution requires a valid registration for EuroVis 2025.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellations of EuroVis 2025 Registration, must be sent by email to the EuroVis 2025 Local Organizing Committee (eurovis2025@list.lu).
- Cancellations received no later than 15th May 2025 will be refunded in full EXCEPT for the administrative fee of €100.
- Conference registration will not be refunded (in full or partially) if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.
- No cash refunds will be made at the conference. All refunds will be processed and paid on the credit card used for the registration after the Conference.
